Key Takeaways for Your Students
Speed Intensive: Students have exactly 1 minute per question. At your Indore center, you should focus on "Fast-Calculation" and "Option-Elimination" techniques.
Sectional Timing: While some earlier versions had flexible timing, the latest 2026 pattern confirms 40 minutes for each section. Once 40 minutes are up, the next section starts automatically.
All MCQs: There are no "Short Answer" (SA) questions in Rohtak, unlike the Indore exam. Every wrong guess will result in a -1 penalty.
No Sectional Cutoff: Historically, IIM Rohtak has focused more on the aggregate score for shortlisting, though balanced performance is always safer.
